If you have been looking around on various booking sites you may have seen prices that vary widely from one to the other, leaving you wondering "what's the deal?"  It is common to see various websites adding their service fees to book your stay, but the service fees each charge are different.  These service fees DO NOT pay for the rental and are not in any way collected by Bear Cabin.  These service fees are simply added on by the booking providers.  The agreements between you, the guest, and bear cabin, are the same regardless of where you book.  We take every step possible to ensure a seamless transaction with your rental.  As you can see in the example above, the fees can be substantial.  Booking direct eliminates the "middle man" saving you, at times, hundreds of dollars.  Many times the savings add up to a full nights stay worth of savings!
